Jinwan Park is a Nonresident Fellow at the University of Vienna's European Centre for North Korean Studies. He was previously a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University, China. He was also a James A. Kelly Korea Fellow at the Pacific Forum and a 38 North Emerging Scholars Fellow at the Stimson Center.

His work has been featured in numerous publications, including Nikkei Asia, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, South China Morning Post, The Korea Times, National Interest, and the Council on Foreign Relations. He has represented South Korea at multiple international forums, such as the US-ROK-Japan Trilateral Global Leadership Youth Summit and the ASEAN-Korea Youth Summit.

Jinwan earned his BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, following two years of study at Keio University in Japan.

Rintaro Nishimura is a Senior Associate in The Asia Group's Japan practice, where he researches and analyzes domestic political shifts, foreign and defense policy, economic security, and technology policy developments. He is also the co-founder of the U.S.-ROK-Japan Next-Gen Study Group, a future-oriented initiative that brings together emerging leaders from the three countries to discuss pressing issues from defense to economic security on a regular basis.

Rintaro was previously an Associate in Tokyo and an Analyst in the Japan practice at the Washington, D.C. office. His work has been featured in numerous publications, including Nikkei Asia, Japan Forward, The Interpreter, The Diplomat, Japan Times, The Korea Times, Tokyo Review, The National Interest, and the Georgetown Journal of Asian Affairs. He has appeared in various media outlets to discuss Japan's domestic politics and foreign policy, including Bloomberg, Bloomberg TV, Nikkei Asia, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, Kyodo News, AP News, CNBC, Channel News Asia, Al Jazeera, and BBC World.

He has been involved in several young leader forums, such as the Raisina QUAD Young Fellows Programme, the US-ROK-Japan Trilateral Global Leadership Youth Summit, and the Mansfield G7 Youth Japan-U.S. program. Rintaro received his MA in Asian Studies from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service (SFS) at Georgetown University and his BA in Political Science from Northeastern University.
